Function writeAtomically

writeAtomically(target: string, write: (tmp: string) => void): void
Writes a file atomically: concurrent compiles of the same source may race to store the same entry, and a reader must never see a partial file.
Parameters
- target: string
  Final path of the file
- write: (tmp: string) => void
  Writes the contents to tmp
Returns void
